OffLine
OffLine was a national arts organization, cable television screening, and distributor of independently produced films and videos. It was funded by the National Endowment for the Arts, the Technical Assistance Program, the Electronic Media and Film Program of the New York State Council on the Arts, the Experimental Television Center’s Electronic Arts Grant Program, the New York Foundation for the Arts, Visual Studies Workshop, and Media Ithaca.
OffLine reached more than ten million homes in over one hundred cities nationwide through its network of cable programmers, satellite feeds, and netcast providers. Active 1990-2003.
