SIFVC
After moving to Seattle Scott Noegel co-founded the Seattle Independent Film and Video Consortium (SIFVC). The SIFVC created a networked, symbiotic community of independent film and video curators, producers, and artists through cross-promotion, collaboration, and program sharing. Active 1996-2002.
