Malachi
Situationist theater-music group that performed in numerous clubs, cafes, and public spaces in Milwaukee. Acts were performed solo by Malachi (aka Scott Noegel) and also as a troupe comprising as many as fifteen performers (known as the Mass Resists). Produced dozens of recordings. Active 1983-1990.
